Home Page & Placing an Order

On the home page you can:
1. Search for the desired product by selecting from the categories on the left, by typing in the product name in the search box, or by clicking directly on one of the featured items.
2. You'll then see the applicable products, prices, and descriptions. Once you locate the desired product, click "Add to Cart."
3. After the item is added to the cart, you can select "Checkout Now" and follow the on-screen prompts, or continue to shop.

My Account

The "My Account" section lets you update Contact Information, change the credit card on file, change your password or email address, add, remove, or edit your pets, and also change your "secure questions," which are used in case you forget your password.

My Prescriptions

This page will display a list of recurring and prescribed items for each pet that you own. You are able to view how many refills you have remaining, and the ship dates for the next refill. You can also edit the prescription by clicking "Edit." This will allow you to cancel the order if you no longer wish to receive the medicine, or change the shipping date.

Contact Us will display information regarding our practice, order placement, and supply you with a number for which you can call for technical support.
